Debby Bergh is an organizational development consultant. She specializes in board development, strategic planning and group facilitation. She also has extensive experience with community-based organizations in feasibility studies, and capital campaigns. She is a frequent workshop presenter for the Vermont Community Foundation's Technical Assistance Program. Her mission is to increase the capacity of organizations to define and create their futures.

Having worked for the national firm of Snelling & Kolb, Inc. for eight years, Debby started her own business in 1995 when Mrs. Snelling dissolved Snelling & Kolb due to her other commitments and activities. Prior to her employment with Snelling & Kolb, Debby had twenty years of increasingly responsible volunteer leadership experience in the nonprofit sector both in Vermont and nationally. Ms. Bergh has served as board president or executive committee member for numerous organizations including Planned Parenthood of Northern New England, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, United Way of Chittenden County and the Visiting Nurse Association of Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties.
